Research Product Sales

Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive research products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped, except in the cases described below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We will replace the item or issue a full refund after the issue is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored improperly cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5—0 business days.
